Thank you for choosing STEADY. We strive to deliver your STEADY · CALM inhalables quickly and securely.

1. Shipping Locations & Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to most states within the U.S. where hemp-derived products are legal.

  • Prohibited Jurisdictions: Due to state-level regulations, we cannot ship to certain states that have banned hemp-derived inhalables. Please check your local laws before ordering.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • Holidays: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Carrier: We primarily use USPS and UPS for reliable delivery of our 0.5 mL inhaler

  • Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.

4. Age Verification

  • Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase our products.

  • Adult Signature: Some orders may require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the package will be held at the local carrier facility.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Confirmation: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

  • Updates: You can track your package via our website or the carrier's portal.

6. Damages & Returns

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken cartridge), please contact us within 48 hours at sales@getwellsteady.com with photos of the damage.

  • Missing Packages: STEADY is not liable for products lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
